Buying Guide

Follow these simple steps and your order will be on its way to your door.

     Step 1: Adding items to the Shopping Cart

View the item’s details by clicking on the product. Add items to your Shopping Cart after you have decided on your purchase and select the available colours or sizes (if applicable).

   Step 2: Checkout Method

When checking out, select whether you have a Registered Account or you want to do a Guest Checkout. As a Registered member, you would need to enter your email address and password. Note that by creating an account, you will be able to keep track of your product delivery status easily.

   Step 3: Delivery Details

Enter your billing information as required.

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
  • Shipping Details (if you are shipping to a different address from your billing address)
  • Select your desired shipping method

   Step 4: Delivery Method

Select your preferred shipping method for this order:

  • Self-collection
  • Singpost SmartPac
  • Same Day Delivery
  • Free Same Day Delivery for orders above $80

If you have any requests on your order, do add comments in the field provided.

   Step 5: Payment method 

Select your payment method:

 

  • PayPal

All payments will be in Singapore Dollars, and credit and debit card payments can be made with or without a PayPal registered account.

The completed order will display the information entered by customers in the payment information box, except for the card verfication number.

  • Bank Transfer / Fast Transfer

This is applicable for Singapore orders only. We accept fund transfer to our UOB Bank current account no: 344-306-238-4 when checking out. A payment instructions will be provided in the order form. After which, you will receive a confirmation email after a successful checkout. Note that fund transfer must be completed within 3 days after the order has been made. Update us the transaction number via email or SMS. Orders will only be processed after payment has been made.

  • Cash on Self-collection

This is applicable for Singapore local orders only and for those who opt for “Self-Collection” option.
You will receive an email from us after you have placed your order. In addition if you are paying via paypal, you will receive an email from Paypal once the payment has been confirmed.

   Step 6: Confirm Order

A summary of your order will be shown when you confirm your purchase.
Note that payment via Paypal requires that you enter your postal code.
